Allows you to select
parameters that you want to display while viewing results. In the Customize Parameter List dialog
you can choose parameters among the pre-defined and/or create your
own custom parameters.
The custom visualization parameters are defined
in the Engineering Database and
can be visualized in cut plots, surface plots, isosurfaces, XY-plots
and in the point, surface or volume parameters table (see “Specify Custom Visualization Parameters” for details).
Procedure
- Open the Customize Parameter List dialog:
In the plot
or Color Bar dialog, click Parameter and
select Add Parameter at
the end of the list.
In the point,
surface, volume parameters or XY-plot dialog, click More Parameters.
Also you can
use the existing Color Bar by
clicking on the caption with the name of the current visualization
parameter. Then select Add Parameter at
the end of the drop-down list.
- In the Customize Parameter List dialog
all available parameters are divided in groups by default.
Expand the corresponding
group and select a parameter you want to display.
Tip By clicking
on the column header you can sort parameters by group, unit or alphabetically.
Note: The list of parameters
contains parameters which are available for the edited plot or Color Bar only.
- Click OK.
Results
The enabled parameters appear in the Parameter list
of the plot dialog.
