The project wizard guides you through the
definition of a new Flow Simulation project.
On the Project
Name tab you can specify the configuration to which
the project will be connected.
You can either use the current configuration with
its native name, or create a new configuration based on the current
configuration.
Procedure
- Under Project, enter a new Project
name.
If necessary, add the
desired Comments to the project.
After the project is created you can access
the Edit Comment
dialog to revise comments:
On the ribbon, click .
In the menu, select .
- Under Configuration to add the project,
select the desired configuration with the geometry you want to use
as a basis for the analysis. From the Configuration list select
one of the following ways:
Use current. This method
attaches a new Flow Simulation project
to the currently active configuration.
Select. This method
allows you to attach a new Flow Simulation project
to an existing configuration.
Then select the desired configuration from the Configuration name list.
Create New. Using this
method, you define a new configuration for the new Flow Simulation project that is based on an existing
configuration.
Then enter a Configuration
name.
- Click Next or click the button
on the Navigator pane to switch
to the corresponding dialog box of the Wizard.
