Process Context Menu

This is the context menu for records in the main grid of the Process Module.

• New

A new process can be started without the need for any records, although processes are normally started be sending a record or records to a process.

• Open Record

Opens the property card for the select process record in a new browser tab.

 

Depending upon the web browser being used, the user may have to allow pop-ups, as these can prevent new tabs from opening.

• Delete

Deletes the selected record, if you have permission to perform this action.

• Refresh

This option refreshes the main grid.

• Create Shortcut

In the Shortcut dialog box enter a name for the shortcut (or accept the default name) and click Save and Close.

• Copy selected value

Copies the description of the selected record.

• Tools

• Export to Excel

  Exports all records (checked records only) to Excel and maintains all formatting and icons displayed in the SOLIDWORKS Manage grid.
