Process History

Process history is visible at any stage in the process.

 

There are two ways to view a process history.

 

• Via the Ribbon Bar Main > Process Information button.

• Via the History tab, if the System Administrator had allowed access to this tab.

 

Information about current and previous steps is visible here. When a step is selected, the Workflow Diagram changes to show that process stage (highlighted in orange).
