Property Card
A property card provides visibility of a Records properties, associated files and complete history from creation to current status. Each record property card will open in a new browser tab.
Depending upon the web browser being used, the user may have to allow pop-ups, as these can prevent new tabs from opening.
Tabs
Tabs visible on the left hand side are based upon user access rights.

Contact your System Administrator if you require additional tabs.
Fields
Every property card has fields, which are used to hold information about the record.
When a new record is created some fields may have a default value (defined by your System Administrator) and others will be blank.
Fields marked with an 
are required fields and must be completed before the record can be saved.
