Task Notifications

The Notifications Tab provide options for which users receive Task Notification and when they are sent.

 

There are two times when notifications will be sent.

• When task is completed
  • Owner
  • Created By
  • Assigned To
  • Assigned By
  • Others
    • Select other Users from the drop down list.

 

• If task is not completed in:

  Define the number of hours before the notification is sent.

   

  • Owner
  • Created By
  • Assigned To
  • Assigned By
  • Others
    • Select other Users from the drop down list.

Both of these notifications can be sent to any or all of the selected users.

 

Click Save.
